In my journey to be happy, I've discovered that there are several factors that contribute to my overall well-being, all without the need for drugs or other substances.  1. Not worrying that you will lose your job One of the primary sources of my happiness lies in envisioning my future self. I feel an immense joy when I finally get hired in my current company that provides me with a stable career opportunity. The assurance of financial stability, with a steady income each month, removes any worries that I have about being unemployed in the future. This sense of security and never having to struggle for money brings me immense happiness. In the past, when I was working at a company that felt like it would never get anywhere, I was constantly worrying about my future, it diminishes my happiness.
