One of delicious dairy products, yogurt is very popular can be found on many supermarket fridge or vending machines.

Not only it tastes  good, yogurt also has a lot of nutrition that can be good for your body and health.

I love yogurt, I drink it almost every day, it's refreshing and with some added flavours like blueberry, strawberry it just makes it really good drink, especially if it is drink cold will melt inside our mouths very different texture compared to any other drink.

But if you want to be more healthy and you may want to live longer. Leafy vegetables like spinach is another source of calcium they should be consumed daily if possible. And don’t forget to include fruits as part of your daily diet.
